with all the &#039;patriot act&#039; smoke and mirror show antics, it&#039;s really beyond words what not only the wiretaps mean, but also how words and concepts get taken out of context and offered up as rationale for even more legal tomfoolery.
why SHOULD the dr OR his ins co (don&#039;t get me wrong---NOT a big fan...) de facto admit guilt and/or wrongdoing by agreeing to settlement?
i&#039;m not a lawyer, but it sure sounds counterintuitive to me...</description>
